For Halal certification to serve muslim clientele, you will need the following requirements.
Halal requirements: raw materials used must be Halal and substantiated with supporting documents
Staffing requirements: a minimum of 2 or 3 Muslim staff employed in each premise with a Halal certification application. A minimum of 3 staff are required for catering or central kitchen services
System requirements: compliance with the 10 principles of the Singapore Muis Halal Quality Management System (HalMQ)
